Kist holds a Masters in Fine Arts Painting (MFA) from Savannah College of Art & Design. Professional highlights include purchases by Capital One; a solo exhibition in the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport; national publications in New American Paintings, West Elm, and Southern Living Magazine; Best of Show at the Telfair Museum Art Fair; a Delaware Division of the Arts Established Fellow Grant in Visual Arts, and a residency at the Vermont Studio Center in sculpture. She teaches full-time at a local school. Her studio is in Chester County, PA outside of Philadelphia.
